Note: Project timing could be affected due to unforeseen issues and occurrences on site such as:

No access to the site / property of works In case of an injury

incident on site Exterior works if weather is against it

Holy days / Public holidays

Drying products such as pastes, gypsum, glues etc takes longer to dry/cure according to weather, humidity etc If there are extra works added to the project quoted and these extra projects will be added to invoice with a deposit paid and final payment once completed for each extra

Warranties: all devices such as heat pumps, boilers, pumps etc bought by us on client's behalf. All warranties will be filled in and handed to the client upon final payment if needed or kept at our offices if purchased by us

If equipment installation is under our warranty and a 3rd party touches it to try repair etc , our warranty is automatically lost

Remodelling/Renovations: all painting, gypsum, flooring such as tiling, once completed and being lived in has 1 months installation warranty

Equipment: any installations of e.g. heat pumps, pumps, boilers etc have a 2 year installation warranty Installations of plumbing, lighting etc have a 3 month warranty on the labour, provided that it is faulty due to installation

Deliveries: any deliveries of materials from suppliers that have a delay is out of our control

We are not a cleaning company, however we take pride in our work, our areas of work will always be cleaned of our mess after project is completed

Removal of e.g. boilers, toilets, basins etc as part of our quote it includes disposal. If client wishes to keep the existing old equipment we need to be notified before quote acceptance, as if we need extra care while removing it , price will change, and so that we make note not to dispose as normal

Any projects quoted and accepted excludes any damages done while carrying out this project, unless otherwise specified

If doing roof works such as waterproofing an area of the roof only, installation of solar panels etc. If the client´s current roof tiles are aged and break easily, we can repair and replace roof tiles at an added fee
